Services
Initial Consultation
Our Initial Consultation is a discussion laying the groundwork for a successful partnership providing us insight into your past experiences with Agile methodologies, your goals, aspirations, and metrics used to define success for both you and your teams.
Agile Training
A 3-day training session providing team members with an overview in Agile Values and Principles. We will also spend a significant amount of time delving into the Scrum Framework. We build an in-depth understanding of Scrum Values, how they align to the Agile Values and Principles, Roles and Responsibilities, Events, and Artifacts. This session is designed to accommodate up to 12 team members.
Scaled Scrum Training
We provide training on Scaled Scrum (NEXUS). This framework provides 3 to 9 teams working on a single product, the necessary insights in identifying dependencies and impediments. It provides instruction on building an environment of transparency, collaboration, and communication needed to support a valuable, quality, incremental delivery of your product.
Agile Review and Assessment
As part of this month-long engagement, we observe, discuss and review your organization’s current workflow to include those making decisions regarding your product's vision (e.g., Stakeholders, Product Owner, Business Analysts, etc.), as well as Development Teams processes. We will provide a documented assessment of our observations and any actionable recommendations. This will provide you with an opportunity to further engage us as an Agile Coach to assist in this transformation.
Agile Coaching Engagement
Engaging SMB Agile in a Coaching role, will provide you with tailored strategies in your unique Agile implementation, meeting you where you are on your Agile journey, while continually coaching the organization in the Agile Values and Principles. We bring innovative solutions incrementally which drives growth, enhances operational efficiency, and delivers value and quality.
